Park Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (November 1st through April 30th ) 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (May 1st through October 31st) (Closed Christmas Day)

Admission Fees:

Vehicle Entry Fee: $10.00 daily (May 1 through October 31)

Vehicle Entry Fee: $10.00 weekends and holidays (November 1 through April 30)

Senior and Disabled Person’s Vehicle: $5.00 (Weekdays only)

Vehicle Driver must be 65 years or older and disabled person must present current placard. 

Bus: $30.00 daily (Year Round)       

Limousine: $16.00 daily (Year Round)       

Recreational Vehicle: $14.00 daily (May 1 through October 31)

At full capacity Santa Fe Dam is subject to closure to all vehicles and foot traffic. / Al llenarse el parque puede cerrarse a todo vehiculo y personas entrado a pie.
 

Santa Fe Dam Recreational Area is nestled at the foot of the San Gabriel Mountains and is considered one of the many hidden jewels of Southern California.  This 836-acre facility boasts a serene 70-acre lake with year-round fishing and non-motorized watercraft usage.  During the summer months, the recreational area highlights a five-acre chlorinated swim beach and the unique Water Play Area.   The facility is home to many protected native plants and animals.   The Nature Center is operated and staffed by volunteers of the San Gabriel Mountains Regional Conservancy offering educational, interpretive and walking tours throughout the year.

Large picnic areas are available for group, family and company picnics.  Smaller picnic areas are also available on a first come, first serve basis or by reservation.  To reserve a picnic area for your special event or to find out more about any of the activities below, please call the park office at (626) 334-1065.

 
 

Special Events

The 48TH ANNUAL RENAISSANCE PLEASURE FAIRE AND ARTISANS MARKET – April 2010, from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Dates-TBA The 48th Annual Renaissance Pleasure Faire embodies the 16th Century Elizabethan period by presenting a true English Port-town faire and marketplace where guests can experience 1,200 theme characters and guild members throughout 20 acres of shaded pavilions and thoroughfares. The Faire takes place for seven weekends, with over two thousand costumed performers bringing Shakespeare’s England to life with seven parades crossing the Faire throughout the day and thirteen stages of continuous entertainment spread around the village. The Renaissance Pleasure Faire Throughout the faire, there are around 150 craft artisans, hand-powered rides, games, hearty English ales, fine wines, as well as over 100 gourmet foods make for a full day of revelry, shopping, and fun. The Pleasure Faire also has a special day for students – Dates TBA from 9:30 am until 3:30 pm.
