An amphitheaters/outdoor stage is an open-air venue used for entertainment and performances.
Amphitheaters/outdoor stages are typically used for theatrical or concert performances and feature a stage with the audience only on one side. The Department of Parks and Recreation has several amphitheater/outdoor stages including one of the most famous amphitheaters in the world, the Hollywood Bowl.
Amphitheaters/outdoor stages in the department are used for musical and theatrical performances and are either booked through the department’s reservation offices or by contacting the facility directly. Our reservation offices are divided geographically in order to best serve you. If you are interested in reserving an amphitheater at your favorite park, please call the reservation office for the park as listed below.
