Bird walks provide a great opportunity to see a wide variety of birds, get some exercise and relieve stress. Depending on the season, (spring, summer, fall, winter) many local and long distant (migratory) birds can be seen gathering materials for nesting, food to feed their young and other natural behaviors. Many Nature Centers have binoculars for loan. Please call your local Nature Center for dates and times.
