EXEMPT STATUS: Categorical Exemption
TYPE, SECTION OR CODE: 15302 (c)
REASONS FOR EXEMPTION: The replacement of the sports field’s light fixtures top assemblies and surrounding security light fixtures top assemblies with energy efficient LED light fixture top assemblies is consistent with Section 15302 Class 2 , which provides for replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities. This includes but is not limited to Class 2(c) for replacement of existing facilities involving negligible or no expansion of capacity.
