Welcome to LA County Parks and Recreation Senior Programs a vibrant and welcoming space for adults ages 60+ to stay physically active, mentally sharp, and socially connected. From fitness and cultural classes to nutrition programs and field trips, we offer something for every senior in our community.

Programs are proudly supported by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and are offered at senior centers and parks throughout the county.

Hot, nutritious meals are available at select locations through County-funded agencies.
