ANNUAL PERMITS — Annual Permits can be purchased at the main office. Walk-ins only. Call the park for hours and details.

  • Sr. Citizen/Disabled Annual 65+ or disabled with DMV issued ADA Placard or Plates (Valid Daily, Excluding Holidays and Special Events): $75.00
  • Motorized Boat Annual (Non-Transferable, Valid for only 1 vessel) (Valid Daily, Excluding Holidays and Special Events): $135.00
  • Senior Motorized Boat Annual (Non-Transferable, Valid for only 1 vessel) (Valid Daily, Excluding Holidays and Special Events): $65.00
  • Non-motorized Boat Annual (Non-Transferable, Valid for only 1 vessel)(Valid Daily, Excluding Holidays and Special Events): $105.00
  • Senior Non-motorized Boat Annual (Non-Transferable, Valid for only 1 vessel)(Valid Daily, Excluding Holidays and Special Events): $50.00

PICNIC RESERVATIONS

Reservations are required if you are bringing special equipment (Inflatable Bouncer, Amplified Sound, Large BBQ Grill, Sports Net Setup, etc. . . ) or if bringing Third-Party Vendors (Catering, Face Painter, Food Truck, etc. . .) and for gatherings over 50 people.

Reservations are permitted on the following dates:

• October – April (Days May Vary, Filming Season)
• May – September (Wednesday – Saturday Only, No Filming)

LIFEGUARD PROGRAMS

Bonelli Park’s Junior Lake Lifeguard Program provides a challenging and exciting open water environment which promotes an active and responsible lifestyle for participants ages 9-17. Lifeguard staff serve as mentors and impart their experience by leading hands-on activities. Youth are introduced to water safety, athleticism, teamwork and potential careers in aquatics. Participants learn from a variety of activities that range from first aid, CPR and water related rescue skills. LEARN MORE: parks.lacounty.gov/juniorlifeguards

ANIMALS

All animals must be kept on a leash no longer than six feet in length. Animals are not allowed in the water and/or on the sand beaches.

BOATING

The lake is open from sunrise to one half hour before sunset every day. All vessels must be quagga /safety inspected and issued a launch permit prior to launching. Boats must be a minimum of:

8 feet and no longer than 26 feet in length. The ODD-EVEN SYSTEM is in effect from April to September. ODD calendar days for Power Boat and EVEN calendar days for P.W.C.

All motorized vessel operators regardless of age must possess the California Boater Card. It’s the law. See Division of Boating and Waterways for more information.

FISHING

ALL California Department of Fish & Wildlife laws are strictly enforced. A valid California Fishing License is required for every person 16 years of age and older. Fishing is allowed around the lake
except off the sand beaches, boat docks and within 100 feet of any launch ramp. Catch Limits – Trout: 5 / Catfish: 10 / Bass: 5 / Sunfish (all species): 25 – must be 12″ or longer to keep.

TRAILS

The wilderness trails are open to mountain bikers, hikers and horseback riders. All users must YIELD in the following order: BikerHikerRider. No motorized vehicles are allowed on the trails.
