JOIN OUR ENTHUSIASTIC VOLUNTEERS

Our incredible volunteers play a vital role in helping the Department meet it’s mission and goals. Many of our community parks have volunteer opportunities in areas such as athletic programs, after school programs, tiny tot programs and general park operations.

Our Regional Park Facilities have more specialized volunteer programs that range from docents at our nature centers and botanic gardens, mounted assistance units for our equestrian trails, and guides for our many school tours. There are also many projects available for fulfilling educational community service requirements.

can relax, swim, enjoy family time, walk, meditate, and seek spiritual renewal. Today’s County parks
are in need of economic stimulus.
